Painting - Interiors & Exteriors

Q.  Does the paint leave bad smells, and how long before I can use the room that has been painted?

A.  We have low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) paints available, these are paints that are environmentally friendly and leave no discernable smell behind afterwards, we are happy to use these but you do need to let us know before going ahead so that we can allow for this special product.  This particular product will be touch dry within 4 hours (under normal conditions) of the final coat of paint being applied.

Q. Is the quote free and the price fixed?

A.  Yes, we can either call out to the property or we can quote directly from your plans.  We then give you a fixed quote with professional friendly advice on the best options available.

Q.  How do I know the job will be good?

A.  One of our experienced tradespeople who is a trained professional will be completing the job for you and they are extremely competent with a large range of specialised products.  We are also a member of the Master Painters' Association, so you can be sure that your are getting a quality job from a recognised professional.

Q.  Will it leave a mess?

A.   No, we remove all rubbish and leave yourplace exactly as it was.

Q.  Do I need to move my furnishings?

A.  We do ask for all ornaments and small furnishings to be cleared from the rooms we are painting. All larger furnishings can be left and we will move and cover these as required.

Roof Painting

Q.  What guarantees are there and what does this cover?

A.  We offer a 10 year guarantee on all products from the date of your restoration.

Q.  What types of roofs can be restored?

A.  Almost all roofs can be restored, if you are unsure we are happy to come out and have a look for you.  Generally we do restorations for concrete tile, corrugated iron, decramastic tile and Colorsteel roofs.

A.  Yes we will call out to your property to assess your roof and give you a free inspection and fixed quote with professional friendly advice and the best options available.

Q.  Do I need to be at home for the job to be completed?

A.  No, we bring everything we need with us to complete your job, the only thing we do require is a power supply and we will arrange this with you.
