CONCRETE TILE ROOFING
There are many alternatives in the market place, however we are one of only six approved applicatiors of the Dulux 962 Roof Membrane in the South Island. We have taken the time to thoroughly research what products are available and the reason we chose the Dulux 962 Roof Membrane system is simply because it was the best. One of the many reasons for this is because it uses a three coat system that incorporates a primer and then two top coats which is different from many of the other roof coating systems available.
Many other systems on the market simply use three coats of the same product or only one base coat and one top coat, so check and make sure you are getting the best product possible to protect your roof. I believe we can safely say that we apply the best system on the market, giving you the ultimate in roof protection to restore your aged and weathered concrete roof tiles .

The Roof Restoration Process....
Step 1. Assessment of your roof and our professional advice on the condition of your roof along with a comprehensive quote detailing the cost and scope of the work required.
Step 2. Preparation is started to get your roof prepared for the coating system, this is done by replacing any cracked or damaged tiles and replacing any rusted iron to valleys or flashings if required.
Step 3. The roof receives a moss treatment followed by a thorough waterblast clean. Repairs are then undertaken to any loose or missing bedding to the ridge tiles. These repairs are undertaken with a modified compound which provides maximum strength and protection against cracking with normal roof movement. The flashings and valleys are checked over and any areas of rust are treated with a rust removal product. These repairs ensure the final results will last and the entire roof restoration will look revitalised.
Step 4. The primer coat is applied to the roof, this is a vital part of the process and one that is often overlooked, this ensures that the following top coats adhere well to the existing surface and will not blister and peel away from the tile.
Step 5. The concrete tiles are sprayed with the extremely thick Dulux 962 Roofing Membrane and we apply two heavy coats of this gloss top coat. Together with the primer coat it means that you have the best possible coating system protecting your roof from the harsh elements. The reason we use a gloss top coat is because it provides better protection against pollution, dirt and grime, meaning these pollutants do not adhere to the surface breaking down the coating as easily as a matt paint finish.
